      I became interested in massage therapy in 1995 during my interest in improving my health and for stress management. I completed a 650 hour massage therapy certification from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 1998. I have certifications in prenatal and postpartum massage, Reiki level lll, hot stone massage, and Biodynamic Cranial Sacral therapy. I earned a 200 hour Hatha Yoga teacher certification from the Kriya Yoga Temple in Chicago.

   My continued studies are in exercise physiology, anatomy, nutrition, meditation, mindfulness, pain management, yoga, biodynamic cranial sacral therapy, aromatherapy, and energy work.
